We studied Titus 2:11-15
THREE QUESTIONS
1. Attendees saw the passage as being about Salvation is by God’s grace and is available to all. God’s grace and salvation through the word teaches us that we should strive to be godly, long for eternal things, be self-controlled, do what is right and remember what it means to be Christ like. Focus on my heavenly home, on Jesus Christ returning for his church because He is a great God and the only Savior. He died for me when I was a sinner to forgive me of my sins and make me pure before Him so I could be His own and I strive to live to please Him. Talk about salvation, grace, being self-controlled, having hope for heaven, that I am a forgiven sinner that I live to please my Lord; encourage and direct from the authority in the word of God. People shouldn't look down on you but when they do its not you they are looking down on God.
2. Attendees learned God wants all to be saved. Because of God’s grace I am saved so I should try to be Christ like and remember this is not my home. Heavens my home and Christ is coming to take me there. Christ died for me, forgave me, and purified me so I live to please Him. My words should bring salvation, grace, hope, forgiveness, be pleasing to God, encouragement and direction.
3. Attendees are applying by asking themselves How am I showing God’s grace to all? Do I need to deny something ungodly in my life? Who can I share my hope with? What good work is God preparing in my heart for me to do? How can I speak in authority but not be despised?

We studied Titus 1:1-4
Paul was a bond-servant and apostle. His purpose was to further the gospel and be a light. God doesn't lie so I have hope of eternal life because I know He will keep His promises. My role in the kingdom is to preach of the Savior, give God glory, and show His love. Paul and Titus had a common faith, the same heavenly Father and Savior.
THREE QUESTIONS
I saw the passage was about Paul greeting Titus and establishing who they were in God.
I learned that everything manifests itself in due time.
I am applying to my life by living my purpose, encouraging those of common faith and trusting everything will happen at the right time.

BOOK of TITUS Summer Bible Study
You have either been led in the past, are being led now or will lead in the future.
The leaders that led you or the leaders you will be are based on:
1.preparation,
2.problem solving,
3.personal character,
4.patterns for mentoring and modeling
5.progression from shepherding to developing.
This was Titus.
Titus was trusted, a troubleshooter, a task orientated specialist and a teachable servant because he was willing, are you?
You might say “I am not a leader” or “Too bad so and so isn’t here this would be perfect for them but not for me”.
•You are a leader commissioned by Jesus Himself: Matthew 28:18-19 All authority on heaven and earth has been given to Me. Go and make disciples baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
•You are here by Divine Appointment: Proverbs 16:9 A man (or woman’s) heart plans their way but the Lord directs his(her) steps.
You are a leader in your homes, in your neighborhoods, in your community but especially in your church. God has a plan and a purpose for you to become who you are in Him to give Him glory and lead others especially the younger women in our churches to do he same
Our last study focused on who God wanted us to BE in Christ now we are focusing on who God wants us to BECOME in Christ.
